Our Work

Ten projects, described rather than named

We do not publish client names — it is in our terms, and it is the reason clients tell us things their last agency never heard. So here is the work itself: what it needed, what we did, and the number that changed.

The work

Every figure below came off a real account. Where a project is described as “a camera retailer” or “a saree label”, that is deliberate.

WooCommerce → Shopify

A camera and photo retailer

Needed: A platform migration had left the catalogue stranded.

We did: Rebuilt the redirect map and recovered 675 dead product URLs.

67%
of all search clicks were landing on those dead URLs
Google Merchant Center

A multi-brand camera store

Needed: Products were being disapproved with no clear reason.

We did: Fixed product categories and description language, no appeals filed.

30 → 2
disapprovals, without changing a page on the website
Server & database

A photography equipment retailer

Needed: The site went down every 40 minutes and the host blamed traffic.

We did: Found a database buffer pool set to five times available RAM.

0
crashes after the fix. The server had looked idle throughout.
WordPress SEO

A saree and handloom label

Needed: Nothing was ranking and nobody knew why.

We did: 95 of 97 products had no SEO title or description at all.

95/97
product pages with empty SEO fields, fixed from two exemplars
Merchant Center

An automotive parts store

Needed: The dashboard reported 46.8% of products eligible.

We did: Traced it to an unused local channel, not a catalogue defect.

46.8%
was an artefact. Nothing needed rewriting.
Caching

A WooCommerce store on managed hosting

Needed: Pages were instant when cached and 40 seconds when not.

We did: Replaced an object cache backend that could never resolve.

281x
slower than memory, while the plugin reported it healthy
CDN & Cloudflare

An India-hosted business site

Needed: A CDN had been added and the site got slower.

We did: The free plan was serving India out of Singapore.

4.5x
faster after turning the proxy off
Product feed

A fashion retailer

Needed: Merchant Center reported 100% eligible, zero issues.

We did: Found the catalogue was sending menswear to women.

100%
eligible and completely wrong. The dashboard fails both ways.
Maintenance

A WordPress site with a 492 MB table

Needed: The site had slowed steadily over two months.

We did: Scheduled tasks had been dead for 23 days with no alert.

23 days
of silent failure, found in the sessions table not the logs
Ecommerce audit

A five-account feed audit

Needed: Four of five accounts reported zero issues.

We did: Audited all five against what the websites actually said.

56
real problems found across accounts reporting none
