Questions
Return to origin: a COD parcel the buyer refuses or cannot be reached for, which travels back to you. You pay the delivery and the return freight, and the stock comes back late or damaged.
Delivery freight, return freight, packaging, and the share of stock you cannot resell. The calculator adds these from your own figures. Add a COD fee percentage under the extra costs if your courier charges one on delivered orders, and ad and handling costs if you want them counted.
It is the discount at which a prepaid order earns exactly what an average COD order earns after returns. Prepaid orders still pay the gateway fee, and a small share of them come back too, so both are counted.
Yes. It is the amount the customer sees knocked off at checkout, GST included, so you can type it straight into a discount code.

Your courier or shipping panel shows RTO as a share of shipped orders. Use the figure for COD only, since prepaid orders return far less.
