Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India. The checkout shows whether we deliver to your pincode.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation, or of order confirmation for cash on delivery. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates. Courier delays, weather and events outside our control can add time.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on eligible pincodes. We may confirm COD orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and may cancel an order we cannot confirm. If a COD parcel is repeatedly refused or cannot be delivered, we may switch your future orders to prepaid only.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Delivery attempts

The courier will try to deliver more than once. If the parcel cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or you cannot be reached, it comes back to us. We will contact you to re-send it, and may ask you to pay the shipping again.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or open, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and a video of opening the parcel if you have one. If a parcel shows as delivered but you did not receive it, tell us the same day.

Yes. Switch to Edit text, change any heading or paragraph, hide a block, or add your own clause. Your edits survive when you change an answer.

Not by us. The policies are written in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to us. Your answers are kept in this browser only so you do not start again, and Reset clears them.
