Questions

The QR holds a payment link with your UPI ID, your name and optionally an amount. A UPI app that scans it opens a payment screen with those filled in.

Your UPI ID is never sent to us. The code is built in your browser. The QR holds only what you type, and anyone who scans it can pay that ID, so use an ID you are happy to share.

Leave it empty for a shop counter, so each customer types their own amount. Add one only for a fixed-price item or an invoice.

It uses the standard UPI payment link, which UPI apps are built to read. Test with the apps your customers use, by paying ₹1 to it from another phone.

Yes, with your business UPI ID. For online orders, a payment gateway on your store is the better route, because it matches each payment to an order.

No. A static QR code suits counters and quick payments. It does not tell your store which order was paid.
