Your Google review kit: QR, messages and customer batch
Paste your review link. Get a QR code and print-ready cards, ready-to-send ask messages in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati, and a helper to ask your past customers a few at a time. All in your browser, for honest reviews from real customers only.
Best: open your Business Profile on Google, press Ask for reviews and paste that link. No link? Paste your Place ID instead.
Add your review link above to download a card that scans. The sample on the right updates as you type.
Add your review link above so the message carries it. Until then it shows [your review link].
Every message asks the same way, whatever the customer felt. Asking only happy customers, or offering a reward, is against Google's rules.
Add your Google review link above first. Each message needs it.

Questions
Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile, search for your business name on Google, and press Ask for reviews. Google shows a short link you can copy. That link is the most reliable one, and Google creates it, so no tool can make it for you.
Paste it in. This tool builds the longer search.google.com review link from it. Google's own Place ID finder shows the ID for any business. A link built this way does not open the review box for every user, so test it on two phones before you print it.
A Maps or listing link opens your business page, where the customer still has to find the review button. A review link opens the review box directly, which is why fewer people give up on the way.
No. Google's policy does not allow paying for reviews or rewarding them, and it can remove them or penalise the profile. Ask every customer the same way and let the experience speak.
No. Filtering who you ask, called review gating, is against Google's policy. Ask everyone, then reply to every review, good or bad, calmly and specifically.
They should not. Reviews should come from people who really used your business. Staff and family reviews are a conflict of interest and are among the first that Google removes.
No. It turns your list into one WhatsApp link per customer. You tap each one and press send from your own number, so a person is in the loop for every message. That keeps it personal and keeps your number safe.
A small batch. Thirty or so a day is a sensible start. WhatsApp can limit a number that messages many people who have not saved it, so go slowly, only message people who really bought from you, and stop for anyone who asks.
English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati. You can edit any message before you send it. If you speak the language, read it once and adjust the wording to how you talk to your customers.
No. The list is read inside your browser tab and is never uploaded. Refreshing the page clears it, so download the list of who is left before you close the tab.
No. The QR code, cards, messages and customer batch are made inside your browser. Your link, business name and customer list are never sent to us. The only exception is the quote form at the bottom: if you send it, we receive what you typed there, plus the business name and review link you entered. Never your customer list.
