Flying Cart

Flying Cart — a real store, at a fixed price

A fixed set of features, a fixed price, and a published list of what is not included. The last part is the one that matters: most budget store offers go wrong at the line item nobody mentioned.

The problem, as we usually find it

What is actually going wrong on most of the sites we are called into — before anything about what we would charge.

Budget store packages usually go wrong in the same place. Not on the features listed — on the ones that were never mentioned, which arrive as separate invoices once you are committed and it is too late to compare.

So the exclusions are published on this page alongside the inclusions. Hosting, domain, business email and the annual maintenance plan are not included, and you know that before you speak to us rather than afterwards.

Flying Cart is a fixed feature set at a fixed price. If what you need is outside it, we quote the difference in writing before starting rather than absorbing it and then asking.

What the work covers

Everything below is included. If something is not on this list, we quote it separately rather than leaving you to find out later.

Unlimited products and pages

No product cap and no page limit. The catalogue can grow without the package changing.

Indian payments and GST

An Indian payment gateway set up in your own account, with automatic tax calculation and prices set inclusive or exclusive of GST.

Orders handled properly

Transactional email that arrives, PDF invoices your customer can download, and coupon management for discounts and offers.

Security included, not extra

Web firewall, bad bot protection and spam control, kept updated rather than installed once.

SEO tool for life

A licensed SEO tool included with the site, with unlimited keywords, plus Google Analytics integrated in readable form.

Google Analytics integrated

Connected and readable, so you can see what is selling from day one.

WhatsApp chat

On the storefront, because most Indian traffic is mobile and most questions arrive that way.

Coupon management

Flat and percentage discounts you can create yourself, without calling us.

Launch walkthrough

A short session on adding products, handling orders and using the SEO tool.

What we have actually found

Real numbers from real accounts. We never publish client names, so the businesses are described rather than identified — the figures are exactly as we found them.

products cap, which is the line most budget packages quietly enforce

Add-ons priced

SMS alerts, order tracking, cart recovery and advanced reviews are separate and quoted, not implied

The detail that decides it

The part most quotes leave out, because it takes experience rather than a price list.

No product cap, which is the line most packages enforce quietly

Budget store offers frequently carry a product limit — fifty, a hundred — that appears in a footnote or not at all. You discover it when the catalogue stops accepting products.

There is no cap here and no page limit. The catalogue can grow without the package changing, which matters because the whole point of a first store is not knowing yet how big it will get.

The same applies to the SEO tool included with the build: unlimited keywords, licensed for the life of the site rather than a trial that expires and starts asking for money.

The parts that decide whether a store actually functions

Transactional email that arrives. The most common failure in a cheap store is a customer paying and never receiving confirmation, because email was left on the server default and lands in spam. It gets tested with a real transaction before launch.

GST handled properly. Automatic tax calculation with prices set inclusive or exclusive as your accountant needs, so invoices are correct without anyone editing them by hand.

PDF invoices customers can download themselves, which removes a surprising volume of support email.

An Indian payment gateway in your own account, so settlements go directly to you.

Security that is included rather than sold back to you

Web firewall, bad bot protection and spam control come with the build. They are not premium add-ons here, because a store that gets compromised in month three was never good value at any price.

Bad bot lists and firewall rules need updating over time, which is what the annual maintenance plan covers — and why we list it as an exclusion rather than pretending a one-time build stays secure forever.

We would rather tell you there is an ongoing cost than let you find out when something breaks.

What is an add-on, and why we say so

Abandoned cart recovery, SMS alerts, order tracking notifications, advanced reviews, dynamic discount rules, product enquiry forms and premium licensed designs are each priced separately.

Several of them are genuinely worth having — cart recovery in particular tends to pay for itself. But bundling everything into one headline price either inflates it for people who do not need them, or means quietly dropping features later.

You pick what you want, priced individually, before the build starts.

What we need from you

Short, and worth reading before you start. What delays this work is almost never the work — it is waiting on access or a decision.

Your product list

Titles, prices, stock and categories in a spreadsheet. The build waits on this more than anything else.

Product images

Reasonably consistent photos. They do not need to be expensive; they do need to be usable.

Payment gateway KYC started

In your business name. Approval takes days and it is the one thing we cannot do for you.

Hosting and domain

Not included in the price. We help you buy both in your own name, at cost.

A decision on the add-ons

Cart recovery, SMS alerts, order tracking. Chosen before the build starts so the price is final.

Whether this is right for you

We would rather lose the enquiry than take work we would do badly, so the right-hand column is as honest as the left.

This is for you if

  • You are opening your first online store and want a fixed, honest price
  • You sell in India and need a gateway and GST configured properly
  • You want to know the exclusions before you commit, not after
  • Your catalogue may grow and you do not want a product cap

This is not for you if

  • You need custom pricing rules, an ERP integration or an unusual catalogue
  • You want a bespoke design; this uses a licensed theme, tastefully set up
  • You expect hosting, domain and maintenance to be included — they are not
  • You want the absolute cheapest quote in the market; that is not us

How it runs

Four steps, in this order, every time.

  1. You send the catalogue and we confirm the fixed price in writing.
  2. Store built with your real products, not placeholders.
  3. Payments, tax and email tested with a live transaction before launch.
  4. Handover with a walkthrough, then an annual maintenance plan if you want one.
Hosting

Looking for hosting? This is what we would put you on

We do not sell hosting and we do not resell it, so there is no plan of ours to push you onto. When a client asks where to host, this is the honest answer for most small Indian sites.

Indian data centre

Mumbai is on the list. A site served from India to Indian visitors starts a long way ahead of one served from Singapore.

LiteSpeed, not plain Apache

It ships with LiteSpeed and LSCache, which is most of the WordPress speed problem solved before anyone installs a plugin.

Free SSL and daily backups

Included on the plans we would actually put a client on, rather than sold back to you at renewal.

Priced for a small business

The long term is where it is cheap. Renewal rates are higher than the first-term price, so buy the longest term you are comfortable with.

See Hostinger plans

That is a referral link. Hostinger pays us a small commission if you sign up through it, at no extra cost to you. We recommend it because we run client sites on it, not because of the commission.

Questions

Hosting, domain name, business email IDs and the annual maintenance plan. All four are stated on the page rather than raised after you commit, and we never mark up what we buy on your behalf.
