Questions
The return on ad spend at which your ads earn back exactly what they cost, with no profit and no loss. Below it, every order from ads loses money.
Order value divided by what the order earns before ad spend. If an order of ₹1,499 earns ₹693 after GST, product, shipping, fees and returns, break-even ROAS is about 2.16.
Ad platforms report ROAS on the order value the customer paid, GST included. But GST is not yours to keep, so the earnings behind the calculation exclude it.
Above break-even, by enough to leave the profit you want. Enter a profit target and the calculator gives the ROAS that delivers it.
At your cost per click, this is the share of clicks that must turn into orders to break even. If your store converts less than that, ads lose money however good the creative.
