How we work
Six things we hold to. Every one of them has cost us a project at some point, which is roughly how you know they are real.
Stats before signature
We pull real numbers from your own accounts and send them before there is a quote. It is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether there is a job here.
No contract
Retainers run month to month. If a month's reporting is not worth reading, you stop. Nothing to cancel, nothing to argue about.
You own everything
Hosting, domains, ad accounts, analytics, the code. All of it in your name. If you leave, you leave with the lot and nothing needs migrating.
The people you met do the work
There is no handoff to a junior team after the pitch. It is a small senior group in Mumbai, which is also why we say no to work we would do badly.
We say when the answer is no
We have told clients their SEO budget was the wrong spend, that their feed mattered more than their ads, and that their site did not need rebuilding. That advice costs us work and keeps us useful.
Findings, not homework
A report that ends with a list of things for you to do is not a service. We tell you what we found and what we did about it.

Small and senior, deliberately. It is why the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and why we turn down work that needs a department we do not have.
We do not do print, we do not do video production, and we do not take on work we would have to learn on your budget. When something falls outside what we are good at, we say so.
