They are separate, unrelated sites. Wikipedia only accepts subjects with significant independent coverage and is run by volunteers under strict rules. EverybodyWiki has a lower bar for inclusion and its own rules. A page on one does not appear on the other and does not count as Wikipedia notability.

Wikipedia demands significant coverage in independent reliable sources. Many genuine founders, consultants and small companies do not clear it yet.
EverybodyWiki accepts a wider range of real, verifiable subjects. It still expects neutral writing and sourcing, and promotional pages are removed there too.

What a page on each can do
A Wikipedia page carries weight because of how strict it is. It is widely trusted, and it is the one most often cited by search engines and AI assistants.
An EverybodyWiki page gives you a neutral, referenced public profile you can link to and build on. It does not carry Wikipedia's authority, and it does not turn into a Wikipedia page.
Which one to choose
If you have several independent in-depth articles about you or your company, aim for Wikipedia. If you do not, a lower bar page is the realistic option while you build coverage.
Do not pick by price. Pick by what the sources support, because a page that does not pass is a page you paid for and do not have.
Both have rules about paid editing
On both sites, being paid to edit has to be disclosed. Write your own page or pay in secret and you risk removal on either one.
